Terms of Service

A 50% deposit is required to commence work on any project. This deposit is non-refundable and secures your place in our production schedule.

All fonts used in our designs are either free for commercial use or properly licensed. We ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and can provide documentation upon request.

Upon final payment, you will receive full ownership of the final design files. We provide all necessary source files in editable formats.

You may use the final designs for your business purposes. However, you may not resell or redistribute the design files.

We conduct basic trademark searches, but we recommend you perform a comprehensive trademark search before finalizing any design.

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

We maintain strict confidentiality and can sign NDAs upon request. Your project details and information are kept secure.

We maintain clear communication throughout the project and provide regular updates on progress.

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
