Terms of Service

TFuture Designs provides brand strategy, visual identity, and design services, including but not limited to logos, brand systems, digital and print assets, and supporting brand materials.

The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon before the project begins, either through written communication or a formal proposal.

Any work outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and may incur extra costs.

A 50% deposit is required before any work begins.
This deposit secures your project slot and covers research, strategy, and initial concept development.

Deposits are non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due before final files are released, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, as outlined in the agreed scope.

Revisions apply to refining the selected direction, not creating entirely new concepts. Requests outside the agreed revision rounds or scope will be billed separately.

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Give timely feedback and approvals
• Review deliverables carefully before final approval

Delays caused by missing feedback or approvals may affect project timelines.

Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership of the final approved deliverables.
TFuture Designs retains ownership of:

• Unused concepts
• Drafts
• Explorations

TFuture Designs reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and social platforms for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any content shared publicly will be limited to final, non-sensitive visual materials. Confidential information, internal documents, business strategies, research insights, or proprietary data will not be disclosed or used without the Client’s explicit permission.

Client confidentiality is treated with priority, and all strategic or internal materials remain private unless written consent is provided.

If third-party fonts, images, or assets are used, licensing requirements will be disclosed. The Client is responsible for purchasing required licenses unless stated otherwise.

TFuture Designs is not liable for misuse of licensed assets by the Client.

Deliverables are considered accepted once:

• Final approval is given, or
• Files are delivered after the final revision round

Files are delivered digitally via secure cloud link in standard industry formats.

If the Client cancels a project:

• The deposit remains non-refundable
• Any work completed beyond the deposit may be billed accordingly

TFuture Designs reserves the right to terminate a project if communication breaks down, payments are not honored, or these terms are violated.

TFuture Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use delivered work.

Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the project.

All personal and business information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, mediation or arbitration may be pursued before legal action.
